Sian

Hi I’m Siân and in 2012 I created Brightrunner to provide project management, programme management and change management expertise to clients to deliver transformation and change in their business.

On a personal level I like a challenge and want to succeed. All of the Brightrunner associates share this mindset and it defines our work with clients. Success is simply achieving their objectives in the most efficient and effective way.

We do this by being action oriented problem solvers, highly skilled in negotiating and managing conflicting priorities and demands, accustomed to interfacing and working closely with all levels of management, and practiced in developing and presenting recommendations to senior management.
